On February 14th 2023, Roganic Hong Kong celebrated its fourth anniversary.

In just a few years, the team have been awarded one Michelin Star, a Michelin Green Star and several accolades recognising their excellent service and sustainability practices. Since the opening, there have been collaborations and events with incredible local and international chefs and various successful adaptations during the lockdowns and restrictions, including workshops and 'at home' meal kits.

Sustainability is at the core of what we do across all of our restaurants, and setting up in Hong Kong, a new continent and environment, was a challenge for our team. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far. Remaining true to our ethos and beliefs has enabled us to meet and work with some pioneering growers and producers doing fantastic things in the area.
