A Day at Our Farm comes to Aulis London
For one day only, on Monday 15 September, our award-winning farm-to-table experience ‘A Day at Our Farm’ is coming to London for a special pop-up shop and takeaway lunch.
Pop-up Shop
11am to 3pm at Aulis London Gifts, treats and homemade Rogan favourites await. At our pop-up shop, you can purchase produce from our regenerative farm in the Cartmel Valley, along with our signature house-made store cupboard items such as Lemon Thyme Oil, Beetroot Vinegar and Perilla Vinegar and official Our Farm merchandise, including T-shirts, plantable pens, tote bags and cookbooks.
Lunch is Served
From 12pm until sold out at Aulis London
L’Enclume executive chef Paul Burgalières and Our Farm head chef Liam Fitzpatrick will be serving a limited number of takeaway dishes featuring farm-fresh ingredients. Herdwick lamb “hot dog”, courgette relish, Savora mustard and Our Farm ketchup; a Celeriac shawarma flatbread, broad bean “humus” and pickled Kalibos cabbage; and Lemon Verbena Doughnut and cream. Farm-to-Table Conversations
6.30pm at Sacred Grounds, Soho
In the evening, Simon, Oli, Liam and Paul will join The Good Food Guide for a panel discussion on the future of regenerative farming. Tickets are available for The Good Food Guide members only and include a welcome drink, goodie bag and a seat for the panel.
