A Four Hands Dinner at ION Harbour, Malta

This October Simon will be travelling to Malta alongside Oil Marlow, Executive chef of Aulis, Roganic and The Baker and the Bottleman, to join Seumas Godhavn Smith and Alex Dilling for a ‘Four Hands Dinner' at ION Harbour by Alex Dilling.

The beautiful ION Harbour restaurant is run by multi-award-winning Michelin starred chef Alex Dilling and is situated on the stunning rooftop of Iniala Harbour House in Valletta – Malta’s iconic capital.

Reservations are now open to join us on the 28th and 29th of October for a bespoke eight-course menu.
