We are incredibly proud that our Academy by Simon Rogan team has been named the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year! To top it all off, they also took home the "Best Dish" award and "Mocktail of the Year" - an incredible achievement.

Hope, Maddie, and Kye have worked so hard, putting in countless hours of research and testing on their days off - and we're happy to see that they paid off in the end. We couldn't think of a more deserving trio and look forward to having you back in The Lakes so we can raise a glass with you.
