On Sunday, 14th September, executive chef Oli Marlow is hosting the 20/20/20 dinner at Aulis London – an evening that promises to redefine what's possible in fine dining. Twenty celebrated chefs will each contribute a single small plate, creating an extraordinary 20-course tasting menu.
The stellar line-up includes: Adam Byatt, Adam Smith, Andi Oliver, Angelo Sato, Ashley Palmer-Watts, Emily English, Endo Kazutoshi, John Chantarasak, Joke Bakare, Jonny Lake, Kirk Haworth, Matthew Ryle, Ollie Bridgewater, Rafael Cagali, Ravneet Gill, Ricki Weston, Ruby Bhogal, Tom Barnes, and Tom Shepherd.
For just £20, anyone can enter the raffle for a chance to secure one of only six tables at this exclusive gathering. It's an unprecedented opportunity for the winners and their guests to experience an evening that would typically be reserved for industry insiders and critics.
As Oli describes it, the evening will be "fast-paced, maybe a bit chaotic – but ultimately a lot of fun." All proceeds from the raffle will support Hospitality Action, providing vital assistance to hospitality workers facing serious challenges including addiction, homelessness, and long-term illness.
