Aulis London X Kanpai Sake

Made in a collaboration between Aulis London and the team at Kanpai in Bermondsey London.

The base is a Junmai Ginjo sake, infused by Kanpai with surplus lemon verbena from this year’s Our Farm harvest.

With aromas of lemon verbena, ginger, delicate florals, and a touch of sweetness on the palate, we’re incredibly proud to share this sake.
