Ben Shimwell, our sous chef at Aulis London, received The Social Responsibility Award in the San Pellegrino Young Chef UK finals for 2026-2027. This award recognises a dish that champions socially responsible and sustainable practices, values at the core of Simon Rogan's restaurants and which are central to everything we do.

A very proud moment for his mentor, executive chef Oli Marlow and the whole Aulis team.
