Oxney Organic Estate at Aulis London
On the 11th of September, we will welcome Oxney Organic Estate for a special lunch at Aulis, the second instalment in our English Winemaker Series.
Hosted by Kristin Syltevik, co-owner of Oxney, alongside our restaurant manager and sommelier, Charles Carron Brown, this one-off event will feature a selection of Oxney's single-estate organic wines, thoughtfully paired with Charlie Tayler's seasonal tasting menu. Our first event with Langham Wine sold out in less than 24 hours, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Based in East Sussex, Oxney Organic Estate is the UK's leading single-estate producer of English organic wine. Since the vineyard was established in 2012, the commitment has been to creating organic wines that reflect the local terroir, producing sparkling wines and still cuvées with minimal fining and filtration.
