Simon recently appeared on Sorted Food's popular YouTube series, joining host Kush for an episode of "2 Chefs Rank Each Other's Favourite Food Items" - a blind ranking challenge that sees two chefs go head-to-head across four different categories.

With it being the Year of the Cabbage, Simon brought two Duncan cabbage dishes for Kush to try, making a passionate case for its versatility and flavour.

Simon also brought along the Home by Simon Rogan range of salts, including his personal favourite - Mushroom Salt. Made by the chefs in The Lakes using produce from Our Farm and our local suppliers, he served it on scrambled eggs but insists it can be used with any protein, or even dessert.

The episode gave Simon a chance to speak about what Our Farm really means to him - the direction, meaning and identity it has given him and the team. On mornings out on the farm, there's nowhere else he'd rather be.
