We are excited to be recruiting for the 5th cohort of our apprenticeship programme starting in February 2026.

‘Academy by Simon Rogan’, created in collaboration with Kendal College, has been specifically designed to take students on an exciting journey into the world of hospitality through immersive hands-on learning.

We will be hosting our Academy Open Day on Monday 30th June, at L'Enclume in Cartmel, between 11:00 am - 2.00 pm.

The open day is designed to give students interested in joining Our Academy a chance to:

• Meet members of our team and the Kendal College team
• Hear from past apprentices about their experiences
• Visit the L’Enclume restaurant
• Discover more about our fully accredited Apprenticeship

As with the previous 2024-25 intake, there will be up to seven student places available for aspiring chefs and a further seven places for those considering a career in front of house.
