We’re incredibly proud to share that three of Simon Rogan’s Northwest restaurants, part of the Umbel Restaurant Group, have been recognised in SquareMeal’s UK Top 100 Restaurants for 2026.

Skof in Manchester, led by chef Tom Barnes, achieved an outstanding No.2 position. Our flagship Lake District restaurant, L’Enclume, overseen by executive chef Paul Burgalières and head chef Alex Rothnie, secured No. 5. Henrock at Linthwaite House, with head chef Mark McCabe, earned a place at No. 94.
